Health Professions and Nursing Scholarships

Scholarships will be awarded from $5,000 to $20,000!

The Scholarship Program has been modified. We recognize that our region needs highly trained, compassionate healthcare professionals and we want to make an impact! This is a one-time scholarship and is extremely competitive.

You do not need to be Lutheran to apply for this scholarship opportunity!

    Eligibility Requirements

    • Must be pursuing a career in nursing or health professions degree for direct patient care.
    • Must be a permanent residence in one of the following Indiana counties: Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, or Whitley.
    • Must have a minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
    • Must be a current college student, a second career/older student, or planning to attend college in the upcoming school year.
    • Must be at sophomore level and accepted and provide an acceptance letter for the nursing or health professions program.
    • Must be attending a minimum of two semesters in the upcoming school year.
    • Must be pursuing an Associate, Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate degree (certificate programs will not be considered).
